Brandon K. Moffitt
Injury attorney Brandon Moffitt is originally from Lexington, Tennessee, but has lived in Arkansas since 2003 when he moved to Little Rock to attend the U.A.L.R. Bowen School of Law. After law school, Brandon co-founded Moffitt & Phillips and has been extensively involved in the legal profession at the local, state, and national levels. Brandon is licensed to practice law before all courts in Arkansas and Tennessee and also holds an Arkansas Real Estate Brokers’ license. Michael B. Phillips
Michael is a life-long resident of Arkansas. Michael grew up in Lawrence County on his family’s rice, soybean, and wheat farm. There he spent his summers learning the importance of hard work, determination, and loyalty. These are the same values that Michael now strives to incorporate into his law practice. Trevor B. Townsend
Trevor’s practice focuses on employment law and personal injury law. Trevor represents employees who have been paid improperly under both federal and state law. Trevor gained experience in employment law in law school where he participated in the law school’s civil clinic. During his time in the civil clinic, Trevor helped successfully litigate cases involving violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Minimum Wage Act of Arkansas. Trevor has volunteered on numerous projects involving worker’s rights, including conducting fact investigations in Arkansas on behalf of out-of-state counsel involved in multi-district wage and hour litigation.
